***FOR TRANSPARENCY PURPOSES ONLY, NOT A REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST*** 7. A trusted service is required to provide supply chain risk management and IA advice and guidance in the context of establishing CVI suppliers. This will establish, implement, maintain and improve the CVI security management system. The requirements will be limited to: a. Instructing, shaping and educating the pre-tender and tender process to ensure that the right questions are being asked, the correct document set is available to create the best CVI ecosystem. b. Shape the security requirements for the CVI tender document set; c. Develop a templated document set for potential CVI suppliers to complete during the tender process that will enable the winning bidder to conduct a desktop risk assessment and score; d. Help write the CVI contract terms and conditions to ensure that security management policies are expected, supported and legal; e. Review of CVI Security Aspects Letter to ensure relevance and that that the correct classifications and caveats are in place; f. Scope for follow on activity to conduct and measure CVI supply chain - this work if required will be sought through a separate follow on approval.
