About this contract

One Leisure is seeking to award under this contract, a leisure business/CRM management system (COTS) to provide a complex suite of functionality to be available for the duration of the contract across 5 sites, which includes but not limited to the following: Managing front of house services across multiple locations. Membership management. Activity bookings and waiting lists. Access control. Back-office functionality. Point of sale. Events management for Burgess Hall which is located at the St Ives Indoor Centre. Health & wellbeing activities (medical referrals).
