About this contract

Community Messaging is an effective means of mass 2-way communication between North Yorkshire Police and their local communities, using a variety of media including meetings, phone calls, SMS and MMS text messages, printed media and on-line communication methods. NYP are seeking to replace the existing, externally-hosted, Community Messaging system with a solution that is capable of effective Community Messaging.
