About this contract

The university is procuring Facilities Management Services for both Westlakes and Burnley, Victoria Mill sites.The contract is comprised of two lots; Lot 1 Westlakes Science and Technology Park and Lot 2 Burnley, Victoria Mill. Please refer to the individual lot section for further information. Suppliers should be aware that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 may apply to the award of this contract. Please note the estimated contract value of £2,250,000 is a combined total of lost 1 & 2.
