About this contract
THIS IS A NOTICE ON BEHALF OF HAMPSHIRE AND ISLE OF WIGHT FIRE RESCUE SERVICE (HIWFRS) HIWFRS are seeking to appoint a supplier for the provision of a Fleet and Asset Management software. The contract will be for a maximum of 8 years (4 + 2 + 2) with a maximum value of £845,000.

The system scope is for:
- Improved accuracy of data recording and content for data quality purposes
- Software licenses (included in the Contract)
- Maintenance and support
- Data migration from existing system to the replacement system
- Training of administrators and users
- Decommissioning of the Tranman system
- Integration with IBC for stock ordering and supplier payment
- Ability for station-based personnel to enter 'standard test' records to record total maintenance history
- Industry suitable design and data capture to provide assurance and compliance when managing fleet/assets on behalf of HIWFRS
- Improved reporting functionality and utilisation of data
- Reduction of paper-based processes through direct input of data by users with improved accessibility
- Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) compliant
- Access to the system from HIWFRS sites and whilst working off site
- Single Sign On access to the new system using HIWFRS user credentials in Azure AD
- Ability to run on browsers running devices running Windows, Android and iOS
- Create system connectors using standard API's£845,000
