About this contract

The scope of the contract is the provision of flat roofing replacement works at Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) located in Walsall (Lot 1) and Lambeth (Lot 2). WATMOS intends to award separate Contracts for each Lot (Walsall and Lambeth). Bidders may submit bids for one or both Lots. Individual Lots will not be divided further into sub-lots.
