First Rail Holdings (FRH) are tendering for the provision of a fully managed uniform service to the following FirstGroup Rail Companies ('the Customer') in the UK:
First MTR South Western Trains Limited ("SWR") - 07900320
First Greater Western Limited ("GWR") - 05113733
There is no major rebrand or design activity expected during the mobilisation of the contract. The Customer seeks tenders for the provision of these services for a 3+2 term (an initial 3-year contracted period with the option to extend for a further 2 years).
The Customer intends to award separate TOC contracts to the entities listed above and, the Customer will award all contracts to a single supplier based on the outcome of a MEAT (most economically advantageous tender) evaluation methodology.
Requirements Summary:
1.1 The Supplier will perform the Goods and Services to meet the requirements of the Agreement.
1.2 The manufacture, [design if applicable] and supply of the Customers employee's uniform ('Garments').
1.3 End-to-end management of the phased mobilisation of all Customer contracts to a defined timeline, implementation includes facilitating the transfer of stock from incumbent premises and reprocessing/ booking.
1.4 Dedicated Contract Management.
1.5 All distribution and delivery of Garments to the Customer's designated delivery locations,
1.6 Robust stock holding and forecast process to ensure Garments are available and can be delivered to the Customer in line with demand,
1.7 The provision of a customer facing online system for employee ordering, allocation controls, return and exchange of Garments.
1.8 Supporting the Customer to adopt sustainable business practices and take advantage of advances in sustainability.£8,000,000
