About this contract

Places for People are seeking to appoint service providers to a Fire Safety Systems framework for a period of 4 years. Places for People has a portfolio of Fire Safety equipment in over 600 sites across England and over 270 in Scotland consisting of Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Fire Extinguishers,AOV's, Sprinklers, Dry Risers and Gas Suppression systems that are to be serviced and repaired in line with the provided specifications. There is also a planned upgrade/modernisation programme as well as new installations across the Group. There are 14 Lots in total consisting of ; Lot 1 Scotland (All Equipment) Lot 2 North East (Alarms and Lighting) Lot 3 North West (Alarms and Lighting) Lot 4 Yorkshire and Humber (Alarms and Lighting) Lot 5 South East (Alarms and Lighting) Lot 6 South West (Alarms and lighting) Lot 7 East of England (Alarms and Lighting) Lot 8 Greater London (Alarms and Lighting) Lot 9 Midlands (Alarms and Lighting) Lot 10 Fire Extinguishers (National) Lot 11 AOV's (National) Lot 12 Sprinklers (National) Lot 13 Dry Risers (National) and Lot 14 Gas Suppression Equipment (National)
