Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the Replacement of Fire Doorsets at: Tonbridge Cottage Hospital Vauxhall Lane Tonbridge Kent TN11 0NE Victoria Hospital London Road Deal Kent CT14 9UA Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital King Edward Avenue Herne Bay Kent CT6 6EB Bidders must be: • Constructionline registered with a minimum 'Silver' verified status • The Bidder must be registered with UKAS or similarly qualified body or able to provide details of third-party accreditation to be used to certify fire doors This project is tendered in accordance with the principles of JCT Tendering 2017 with Alternative 1 being dominant when dealing with arithmetical errors. Site Visits: will be organised for the week commencing 22/1/2024 - Site visits are confirmed as follows:- 24th January 2024 - 10.00 - 12.00 QVMH, Herne Bay 24th January 2024 - 14.00 - 16.00 Tonbridge Cottage Hospital 25th January 2024 - 10.00 - 12.00 Victoria Hospital, Deal Further details will be released on the 8 January 2024. Photo packages will be available in the ITT documentation when it is released on 16 January 2024 should you not be able to attend the site visits Type of Contract: The Contract: JCT Minor Works Building Contract with contractor's design 2016 Edition. Expressions of interest (EOI) must be submitted via the ProContract Procurement Portal (Proactis) under opportunity number DN704378. Any correspondence to authorities staff email will be disregarded.
