About this contract

Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake a JCT Minor Works Contract for the removal of existing finlock guttering system and replace with new PVCu system including rain water goods. The demolition and roofing over to 1 no property, including block up of fireplace inc plaster/skim and decoration. To the properties listed in 'Activity Schedule`. Populate 'Activity Schedule' with the prices to complete each activity as specified in this document. The sum of the individual activities makes the tendered total of the Prices. Include in the tendered total of the Prices a site 'walk around' with the PM prior to the commencement of works, following the award of the contract. Include in the tendered total of the Prices the provision of all scaffolding required to carry out the works as required in the contract documentation. Everything not specifically shown in your populated and submitted Activity Schedule will be deemed to be included in the Fee.
