Futures Housing Group Ltd (FHG) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and financially sound economic operator to develop land at Coast Hill, Crich in Derbyshire with 13 affordable dwellings for Outright Sale, 4 dwellings for Social rent and 1 dwelling for Shared Ownership. The development will include all enabling works and infrastructure, roads, drainage and underground services.
