About this contract

Upgrade and renewal works to boundary fencing, gates and bushes for Great Places Housing Association domestic properties in three regional Lots in Rochdale, Cheetham Hill (Manchester) & Fleetwood. Includes decommissioning and removal of existing fence systems, removal or tidy up of shrubbery and bushes for completion by 31st March 2024. All bidders are free to submit a bid for all three lots, however, a bidder can only be awarded a maximum of two Lots. Great Places reserves the right to determine which two Lots a successful bidder will be awarded should the bidder in question be successful with bids for all of the three Lots.
