About this contract

Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for the delivery of the Family Support Service on the terms and conditions set out in attached Contract Documentation. Commissioned family support is currently delivered to high-need families in the borough by the Targeted Family Support (TFS) service and the Family Intervention Project (FIP). The new integrated Family Support Service (FSS) will work in partnership with families and professionals to provide tailored, intensive, and focused family support that achieves positive outcomes, aligned to the Government’s Troubled Families Programme. It is expected that the successful tenderer will begin provision of the Family Support Service in December 2016. This agreement is for an initial period of three (3) years, with the possibility of extensions totalling up to an additional two (2) years at the Council’s discretion.
