About this contract

This Service relates to the care and support services delivered in three extra care schemes. The Service will support people who are assessed as having an adult social care need, who live in their own home in an extra care housing scheme. Only suppliers successfully appointed to North Tyneside's Extra Care Services 2024 Framework currently open for submissions under reference no. DN740930 will be considered for these schemes.
