About this contract

West Berkshire Council is seeking applications from suitably qualified providers to deliver Extra Care Services across three schemes, divided into two lots: Lot 1: Audrey Needham House & Redwood House; Lot 2: Alice Bye Court. The hours specified for each scheme are unique to the residents projected needs and assurance of a staffing presence 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The Council will not award both lots to 1 single provider.
