About this contract

Extra Care is a combined housing and care offer for older people and working age adults with a disability or mental health need. People live in independent flats with their own front door and have the peace of mind of a 24 hour staff presence. They can access personal or domestic support from the onsite care team while maintaining a level of independence in their own home. As the contract with our existing provider of care and support at two of our schemes is coming to an end we are seeking a partner organisation to provide care and support at two schemes - Lingham Court and Charleston House.
