About this contract

The works generally requires the replacement of damaged copings, slates and ridge tiles. Clear out and renew any defective RWG's, removal of vegetation and repointing. Renew missing chimney cowls, clear off any accessible flat roof areas, internal repairs to the Bell Tower and refit bird netting and spikes. Internally, plastering and decoration works will be required to areas of water ingress and replacement of damaged ceiling tiles, installation of Fitted ladder safe access system as per manufacturers recommendations.
