About this contract

Abingdon-on-Thames Town Council is re-opening its Historic Guildhall Rooms for hire later this year. These will be available for hire to individuals, community groups, conference organisers, wedding planners and others. A strong marketing campaign is being launched shortly, and high quality equipment and catering facilities will be available. Expressions of Interest are sought from organisations with experience in managing similar facilities to organise everything from bookings through to staffing a wide variety of functions.
