About this contract

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint an agent to undertake outstanding and forthcoming rent reviews and lease renewals, lease terminations and alterations. The Council's requirements will include the following: • Regular progress reports • Rent reviews to be completed to final memorandum stage signed by tenants • Lease renewals/TAW - to be negotiated with the existing tenants to signed Lease or agreement. • Liaison with Council's solicitors to the completion of the lease.
