About this contract

East Sussex County Council are seeking a single provider for the provision of service and works for a Sustainable Drainage System (SuDs) in Schools for the Construction Phase 1, 2 & 3. Phase 1 will consist of a total of a total of 6 schools. Phase 2 & 3 will consist of a further 13 schools for each phase. Contract Term includes initial 8 months with up to two 12 month extensions. Please see Invitation to Tender for further details at the following link https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com Additional information: Contract Value for the initial term from 1st July 2024 to 31st March 2025 is £258,000 Commencement of years 2 and 3 is not guaranteed and is subject to securing funding in spring 2024/25 and to the contractor successfully meeting project Key Performance Indicators for year 1. Contract Value for years 2 and 3 will be £550,000 for each year pending securing funding.
