About this contract

The contract will be to update technical training courses which were developed in 2012 to support development of Environment Agency staff technical proficiency. We are looking to update previous training courses to reflect changes in methodologies and guidelines included in final planning guidelines published in 2016 (as well as Defra's guiding principles and Welsh Government's Water Strategy). We are looking to update the Supply, Demand and Options Appraisal training courses that support our staff to develop technical understanding and subsequent scrutiny of water company water resources management plans. These can be delivered as a bundled project though we are happy to accept applications for one of the training courses. Additional information: For this contract, registrations of interest or questions should be directed to Simon Ross (using the contact details provided). Once registrations of interest are received you will be sent a request for quote document detailing the works required with a request that you provide a detailed submission of how you will deliver the required work and your pricing schedule. This will have a deadline for submission of 19/08/16. Tender submissions will be evaluated and tenders let based on the scores. Details of the evaluation and weighting will be provided in the request for quote document. Your tender submission should specify whether you are interested in one or multiple training courses.
