About this contract

Remove and dispose of Asbestos roof. Replace with an suitable replacement. Remove and renew rainwater goods. Roofing: The works generally comprise the removal and disposal of the existing asbestos cement corrugated roof covering. Recovering with a new insulated profiled metal roof cladding system with new roof lights and rainwater goods. The replacement roof shall comply with BS EN 10346:2009 & BS EN 10088-2. The contractor is to provide and erect any necessary scaffolding, hoists, scissor lifts and access plant etc to execute the works as required. The Contractor is to obtain all consents and licences for the erection of scaffolding and any other equipment required. Remove asbestos roof covering and rainwater goods. Dispose to a licensed disposal site in accordance with statutory requirements.
