This contract is to assess the non-household sectors where water demand management could be most effective and beneficial. Please provide details of your approach to this project including: a. scope for increased water efficiency by each sector b. costs and benefits of increased water efficiency for the businesses and the environment c. practicality and potential for influencing the sectors assessed d. views on the approach we should take with different sectors
