About this contract

Sutton Housing Partnership is conducting the procurement procure a contractor to design, deliver and manage an Energiesprong concept retrofit of a minimum of six homes in two locations within the London Borough of Sutton. These pilot projects form part of the Mayor of London's Energy Leap Initiative. This is one of the first schemes of its type within the London boundary and provides potential Solution Providers the opportunity to be involved in a unique, high profile scheme which is supported by the Mayor of London. The initial project, of six pilot units, will act as a gateway to a larger portfolio of units which will receive the same treatment. This larger portfolio of approximately 40 properties, is subject to finance and necessary internal approvals being in place and will be largely driven by the success of the Pilot Scheme. This opportunity will help shape the future market and increase the supply into the market of suitable properties for this approach.
