About this contract

The WMCA, working in partnership with BEIS and Cornwall, wishes to commission a suitably-qualified consultancy to detail a standard definition and development process template for 'Energy Innovation Zones' (EIZs). The overall objective is to reduce the costs of energy for present and future UK customers in the context of a rapid shift to a low and zero carbon economy. The closing date for submission of bids is 12:00pm on Friday 13th September 2019. Please see the attached Specification document for more details.
