About this contract

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a multi-disciplinary consultancy to produce a ground breaking masterplan and associated delivery plan, and assist in establishing a development partnership and delivery vehicle, for the Lea Bridge Gateway SIL. The contract will be a 12 month 2 stage masterplan, with a break clause at the end of stage 1.
