EMPLOYERS AGENT 3no new residential development sites in Englefield Green. Tenders are invited for the provision of Employers Agent Services for the development of 3no new build residential sites with planning consent in Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey in two phases. New dwellings on developed land currently used as parking and garage accommodation will be developed to provide social and affordable accommodation. Accommodation to include: Phase 1: Site 1: 4x 2bed semi-detached houses Site 2: 2x 2bed semi-detached houses and 1x 3bed detached house Phase 2: Site 3: 3x 2bed terraced houses and 2x 1bed flats Development Works for Phase 1 to be completed by March 2017. Managing the delivery of the contract through to practical completion and final account settlement. Development Works for Phase 1 to be completed by March 2017.
