About this contract
At Thirteen we are a caring landlord, housing developer and a social purpose business that uses our commercial expertise to meet our priorities. We are the largest housing association in the North East, and among the biggest 25 nationally. Today, we own and manage over 35,000 properties in the North East, North Yorkshire and the Humber, with the majority of homes for rent and sale in the Tees Valley. Our 1,600 employees reach out to more than 74,000 customers, putting them at the heart of everything we do to help us shape the business. We strive to be our best and constantly make improvements. Our ultimate goal is to be a true employer of choice, not just because we offer a competitive reward and benefits package, but because our people feel that Thirteen is a great place to work, their families and friends know and admire what they do, and they feel proud of Thirteen as their employer. We require a Single Service provider to deliver Cash Plan benefit to Thirteen's workforce to encourage a healthier workforce, encourage wellbeing and improve our colleague offering.
