About this contract

This is a renewal is for IT's EMC Data Domains which are storage devices for their daily backups. The 1 year renewal means we will be covered under warranty should there be a need to raise support requests with EMC for day to day assistance, system upgrades and covers us for any hardware replacement needed due to parts failure.
