This contract is the inaugural programme of supplying Electronic Notice Boards to Waltham Forest Council's (WF) medium to high density housing units (estates) ; this includes Existing and New Developments. WF's objective is to provide its housing residents with contemporary and neighbourhood information and guidance, the adoption of Electric Notice Boards is seen as a path to keeping its residents informed.
