About this contract

HCT Construction Consultants Ltd would like to welcome all Electrical Contractors to tender for a number of works associated with the RFCA. The Contractor will have the opportunity to tender for all 13 regions across the U.K. The Electrical Contractors will be required for the fit out of bespoke Modular units at various locations across the U.K. These Minor works consist of light fittings, small power and connections to distribution boards and the like. There will potentially be 13 Contract's to be awarded, one for each individual RFCA region across the U.K. The Contract will be based on a JCT Measured Term Contract 2016 and will use the 2018-2019 Electrical Services National Schedule of Rates, which will apply until the end of the financial year. The following will be required in order to tender for this project:- Cyber Essentials Certificate. Monitored by the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors (NICEIC). Be able to meet the requirements of ISO9001. Contractors interested will be required to carry out a PQQ for the regional RFCA they wish to be included for. This must be carried out before being added onto the tender list. From the responses and our existing sub-contractor data base, we shall compile the tender list.
