About this contract

Richmondshire District Council's Electoral Registration Officer is responsible for carrying out an Annual Canvass of Electors each year and is inviting tenders to provide electoral printing services in connection with this activity. Richmondshire District Council Annual Canvass consists of the Initial Household Enquiry Form (HEF), 1st HEF reminder despatch split between mail out and canvasser delivery and 2nd HEF reminder despatch. All HEF printing will require the two type of HEFs: • HEF-P-E-MONO (Household Enquiry Form-Populated-England-Mono) • HEF-B-E-MONO (Household Enquiry Form-Blank- England-Mono) Our current property database is approximately 24,000 including: • Service properties • Army barracks • Residential care homes • Second homes • Residential properties • Empty properties This opportunity will be conducted through ProContract ( https://procontract.due-north.com/Opportunities/Index?tabName=opportunities&resetFilter=True ) Expression of interest deadline 12 noon Friday 2nd March 2018, Invitation to Tender deadline 12 noon Friday 16th March 2018. Contract will be initially for 12 months with 3 x 12 months optional extensions.
