About this contract
We are looking to appoint a appoint a suitably experienced contractor(s) to carry out a training needs assessment on human rights and equality principles relevant to the use of restraint by inspectors from a particular inspectorate based in England. The aim of this project is to understand more about awareness and knowledge levels of restraint from an equality and human rights perspective amongst inspectors in the inspectorate, in order to inform future training initiatives. This assessment will be conducted by online survey methodology and the work will involve the development of a questionnaire, data analysis and the writing of a report briefing. It is expected that work on this project will begin in mid- January 2019. Further information about the project is contained in the specification.
