About this contract

The Commission is seeking to appoint one contractor to deliver works to enable the surrender of the 2nd floor of Arndale House and refurbish the 3rd floor to enable compression into 1 floor and a suitable working environment for the commission. The Commission currently occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of Arndale House and as it has reduced in size needs to consolidate onto the 3rd floor, surrendering the 2nd floor by 31st March 2017.
