About this contract

The Authority is seeking to procure a "Multiple Provider Framework" of Constructors to support the delivery of the Authority's "Council House Building Programme" (CHBP). Constructors will be expected to work as part of an integrated project team to deliver the programme. The estimated construction value over the duration of the framework (4 years) is 20M GBP. The Authority is separately procuring a Multi-disciplinary Design Team and Employer's Agent/Cost Consultant.
