About this contract

This contract is for the replacement of the 6 movement joints at the 6 half-joint locations across the full width of the A685 Roger Howe bridge as well as for undertaking concrete repairs at these joints, including precast concrete beams, insitu concrete crossheads and insitu concrete deck at half-joint locations. It also includes for the vegetation removal and the sealing of gaps between parapet plinths and the parapet coping joints at half-joint locations. In addition the contract is for undertaking a Principal Bridge Inspection, and an Inspection for Assessment.
