- Budgeting Software System. - Essential - Integration with the current HR & Payroll system to import staff data including salary, scale point and FTE. - Desirable - Integration with current HR MIS to import staff and pupil data. - Ability to output Integrated Curriculum Financial Planning (ICFP) statistics such as Contact Ratio, Average Class Size, Pupil-Teacher Ratio. - Ability to set global parameters for all schools, e.g., teacher pay inflation. - Consolidated Trust reporting as well as individual school reporting. - Easy to use reporting suite. - Integration with Sage Intacct for budget upload. - Clear audit trail of changes and ability to reverse changes. - Flexible implementation process.
