e-ITT for the Provision of Legionella Prevention Services Closing Date for Submission of Tenders: 12.00 NOON, 19 JANUARY 2024 To be returned electronically via the Council's e-tendering solution "Pro-Contract" hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP) New Forest District Council (NFDC) is committed to its legal obligations in accordance with the control of legionella bacteria in water systems, Approved Code of Practice and is putting in place a new service contract and will strive to reduce the risk of legionella to as low as is reasonably practicable. NFDC is putting in place a new service contract for carrying out the legionella water testing in council owned and occupied properties. NFDC invites tenderers from suitably qualified suppliers (The Supplier) for the provision of Legionella testing
