Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Training for the Sunderland Public Health Capacity Building Programme The DPS will operate solely by competition. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS must submit a Participation Request; this will include a Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and all supporting documents. Contractors seeking to participate in the DPS have 2 options: Option 1 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request at initial creation of the DPS. Option 2 - Contractors can submit a Participation Request following initial creation of the DPS and/or at any time throughout its duration. The number of contractors submitting a Participation Request and the number of contractors approved to participate in the DPS will not be limited.
