About this contract

North East Derbyshire District Council is inviting tenders who will provide a back-up service to the Council’s drain clearing team during daytime working hours and provide out-of-hours emergency cover on behalf of the Customer. The Supplier shall carry the Equipment at all times. The Supplier will provide the Services on a service basis and will not be entitled to any employment rights with North East Derbyshire District Council.
