About this contract

Works Description: - Clearing and Cleaning Storm water and Foul water drainage - Completing required renewal and repairs to the said underground pipes - Thoroughly clean system prior to Insitu lining by means of High-Pressure Jetting and/or root cutting. - Excavate, expose, break out and replace with new 100/150mm diameter UPVC pipework suitably bed in and surrounded with granular material. - Back fill, compact and make good all disturbed surfaces removing excess spoil from site on completion. - Supply and install 100/150mm diameter polyester felt lining, impregnated with crystic resins. - On completion of the curing process, to capsulate the lining with appropriate bonding agent. - To undertake additional drain cleaning by means of high pressure water jetting, followed by a further CCTV survey to the drainage runs. The site location is: - Campbell Close HA4 8EL Hale End Close HA4 8EH. Contract type - JCT ICD As Amended.
