Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for the Downderry Primary School PSDS Works 2023-24 on the terms and conditions set out in this invitation to tender (ITT) and the Contract Documentation. Description of works: • Installation of heat pump systems (with associated noise and environmental protection systems across the entire school • Installation of LED light systems • Replacement of essential pipework where required • Installation of ventilation systems The Conditions of Contract to be used will be the JCT Intermediate Contract, 2016 Edition with the Council's Schedule of Amendments, a copy of which is included in the tender pack.
