About this contract
The Employer prioritises the maintenance of its housing stock for the benefit of Tenants and is committed to building lasting sustainable environments. The Contract involves planned and responsive maintenance works through a mechanism that delivers high quality services. The Employer will monitor performance through a series of Key Performance Indicators, regular reviews and inspections. This specification covers the fully comprehensive maintenance contracts for the Lifts Contracts and Disabled Access Equipment Contracts and includes all planned and preventative maintenance, servicing & call-outs.
