About this contract
London Borough of Haringey ("the Council") invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers to deliver the provision Domestic Abuse and Violence Against Women and Girls Support Services. The Domestic Abuse and VAWG support services is divided into 7 specialised lots, encompassing refuge accommodation, community-based services, specialist provision for ethnically minoritised, and LGBTQ+ communities, support for children and young people, Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference coordination, and support for GP practices through Identification and Referral to Improve Safety. Length of the Contract - Each contract shall be awarded for a period of six (6) years with an anticipated commencement date of 1st July 2025. However, without prejudice to any other rights the Council may have under the contract, the Council reserves the right to terminate the contract prior to its expiration under any of the following circumstances: • A reduction or cessation of funding; or • Changes in demand; or • Unsatisfactory performance by the provider The Council considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs) and/or Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Commissioners are open to accepting offers from a consortium of providers or a lead provider with sub-contracts as well as individual organisations
