About this contract

The University wishes to appoint a supplier for an initial 2 year contract to provide an Illumina whole genome Re-sequencing service, using supplied QC-checked genomic DNA samples from plant leaf tissue. The requirement is as follows: • NGS platform: Illumina HiSeq X/4000, 150 base PE reads • ≤ 800bp insert normal library; • 240 to 720 samples, supplied in batches of 48; • 15 Gb per sample.
