About this contract

DLO Support - Plumbing and Guttering A responsive and void maintenance service to domestic housing properties and office premises within a given geographical area. The delivery of the work will involve the undertaking of work through an appointment system controlled by the client, using an internet portal with the work being completed within given timescales. Working times will include 'extended' normal working hours and the undertaking of emergency repairs outside of normal working hours. The work will exclude work associated to space and water heating systems, electrics, roofing and fencing.
