About this contract

The Council holds various events throughout the year which requires and uses film/video for a number of purposes, including (but not limited to) the promotion of events, sharing key meetings, and at awards ceremonies. To enable the Council to deliver digital media productions, the Council will be establishing a framework for Digital Marketing Production with up to a maximum of eight contractors who can provide a high quality digital media production service to meet the needs of the Council, to enable visual/digital media to be more widely used as part of the communications approach.
