Wiltshire Council are inviting fee quotes in respect of the provision of Building and M&E Clerk of Works Services for a £7.5m construction project to build a new 47 unit Extra Care Home in Devizes, Wiltshire. Additional information: Wiltshire Council are seeking in the first instance, expressions of interest from organisations that would be interested in submitting a fee bid quote to carry out Building and M&E Clerk of Works duties in respect of a £7.5m construction project to build an Extra Care Home in Devizes, Wiltshire. The period for the receipt of expressions of interest expires on 25.09.15 following which quotes will be sought from those organisations registering an interest. The period for the return of fee bid quotes will be 2 weeks from 25.09.15 to 09.10.15 at 12:00 noon.
