About this contract
Derbyshire Community Health Services is looking for a supplier to provide the following services for two separate contracts one covering the Derby City region which is three years in length and a second contract covering the remainder of the Derbyshire region: • TARGETED OUTREACH (incl. Public Sex Environments - PSE) - Development of targeted outreach and community engagement sessions to meet the needs of vulnerable groups e.g. street-work, public sex environments, pubs and clubs • TIME-LIMITED 1:1 SUPPORT (PLHIV/Vulnerable) - To undertake appropriate time limited (maximum of 8 sessions) one to one or group support for individuals to change behaviour and reduce risk taking behaviour; build resilience and develop skills to negotiate safer sex within both established and new relationships. • CHLAMYDIA SCREENING - delivery of screens using the nationally accredited system and contribute towards the overall target within the Derbyshire resident population • CONDOM DISTRIBUTION/C-CARD SCHEME - to ensure condom distribution to vulnerable groups (young people and vulnerable young people, MSM and PLHIV) To express interest in receiving a quotation pack please e-mail Melvyn.tagg@nhs.net
