Mournes Skill Strategy for Contracts Finder The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite a list of possible suppliers to provide the Trust with a proposal for the provision of a Mournes Skills Strategy. This will allow the Trust to understand which supplier will be capable of meeting the requirements and to identify a preferred supplier based on the information returned. The Mountains of Mourne are situated near Newcastle, County Down, Northern Ireland. The National Trust is seeking a total cost proposal from a suitably qualified Consultant to deliver the following: Development of a Skills Strategy to explore the range of knowledge and skills required for the natural and cultural conservation work in the Mournes area, to identify existing and potential future gaps and explore opportunities for addressing these across the Forever Mournes organisations, culminating in the development of an action plan. Timescales • RFP issued to tenderers: 10th December 2024  • RFP return deadline: 12pm, 10th January 2025  • Assessment of RFP: between 13th - 24th January 2025 • Anticipated Consultant appointment: week commencing 27th January 2025 • Consultancy Services to commence work: week commencing 3rd February 2025  • Output to be provided no later than: 31st August 2025  Please submit such queries via the Proactis portal This opportunity is being conducted on the Proactis Plaza portal.
